Again this year, our team of dedicated volunteers is organizing the Juvenile Diabetes “Chipping in for the Cure” golf tournament to continue our support of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). Our team is requesting your consideration in joining us in supporting this Charity Golf Tournament scheduled for Thursday June 14, 2012.
We are asking you or your business to consider making a sponsorship investment at one of the following levels:

- Signage at T-Box
- Opportunity to display hole in one prize
- Silver Sponsor ($1,000)
- Corporate logo listed on signage at banquet indicating a Silver Level sponsorship
- Emcee recognition at banquet and awards presentation.
- Gold Sponsor ($1,500)
- Corporate logo listed on signage at banquet indicating a Gold Level sponsorship

- Corporate logo listed on all event posters, brochures, signage and other documentation indicating a Platinum Level sponsorship

- Signage on all carts with Corporate Logo

Last year we were fortunate to raise approximately $25,000 for Juvenile Diabetes research and have set a goal of $30,000 for this year.
